European IPR Heldpesk: Jörg Scherer to speak at FET Open Info Day Brussels

On Thursday, 27th April, the Research Executive Agency (REA) will organise an Information Day about the second call for proposals to be launched in 2017 by the Future and Emerging Technologies Open (FET-Open) scheme for Research and Innovation Actions (RIA). As head of the European IPR Helpdesk training scheme, Jörg Scherer will join the event in Brussels as a speaker. The Information Day targets potential applicants for the FET-Open RIA call closing on 27th September 2017. In his contribution, Jörg Scherer will talk about intellectual property (IP) management in Horizon 2020 with a particular focus on aspects relevant for the call.

FET Open supports early-stage collaborative scientific research aimed at radically new future technologies. Projects can involve a wide range of new technological possibilities, inspired by cutting-edge science, unconventional collaborations or new research and innovation practices.
