It’s Biotech Week: Webinars on IP Support in Life Science

The European Biotech Week is a weeklong series of events celebrating biotechnology as an innovative and vibrant sector launched by the discovery of the DNA molecule back in 1953. Considering the importance of intellectual property management and protection in the sector, the European IPR Helpdesk announces a special webinar series dedicated to IP in Life Science taking place in November. The series has been set up in close cooperation with the Enterprise Europe Network and the Fit for Health 2.0 project which also forms part of the Eurice project portfolio. All webinars are free of charge, prior registration is required and will be opened three weeks in advance. The following webinars are scheduled:

In addition, the European IPR Helpdesk provides IP Specials on different fields in which IP issues can arise. Combining an interview, facts and best practices related to IP management and protection, the Special "Intellectual Property in the Bio Sector" gives an overview on the topic and outlines who to turn to for further assistance.
