EUTechSovereignty2025: EURICE Joins High-level Conference & Panel Discussion on Collaborative Intellectual Asset Management

On 26/27 May, leading actors from the Polish research and innovation (R&I) landscape in collaboration with the European Commission will hold the high-level conference “EUTechSovereignty2025” on the strategic development of European technological sovereignty and knowledge valorisation practices in thriving innovation ecosystems.

One of the key international events during the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the area of technology development, the conference will focus on how to transform research and innovation into real-world impact, in particular, discussing and assessing the effectiveness of Horizon Europe in supporting these goals and shape strategies for the upcoming 10th Framework Programme.

The two-day event brings together researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to share best practices in knowledge transfer, commercialisation, and fostering innovation-driven development. Participants will gain fresh insights into building stronger connections between academia and industry through engaging keynote speeches, thought-provoking panel discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.

Proficient and effective collaborative intellectual property (IP) management is a key building block in advancing and sustaining impactful R&I ecosystems in Europe. As EURICE is pushing forward a growing number of IP initiatives in this field, such as the European IP Helpdesk, Impact Licensing Europe, IP4OS, or IAM4RE, Managing Director Jörg Scherer has been invited to contribute to panel discussions on collaborative intellectual asset management to foster innovation in multi-stakeholder R&I environments.

Join us for an inspiring event that will nurture exchange and collaboration, while providing actionable insights on the future of knowledge valorisation in Poland/Europe.

Registration is free – you can participate on-site or online.
